Elementary Open Mats and Lifts will be on Mondays from now until season.

Coach Murray will be covering the weightroom at the high school from 7:00am-7:30am. This will be the weightroom times for pre season lifts and inseason lifts.

Rob O. will be holding a wrestling weight lifting clinic from 4-6pm in the Mifflinburg Weightroom

Elementary Lifts and Open Mats - Starting August 17th

Coach Murray will be holding open mats and lifts for elementary once a week from 7-8pm on Thursdays in the Mifflinburg Wrestling Room. We will combine the lifts and open mats. Coach Murray will be running a majority of these sessions.
