Micha Bollinger results from Virginia beach

As of Friday evening Micah is 3 for 3 at the senior nhsca tournament in Virginia beach at 145 lbs.

Micah decisioned the Nevada state champ in the first round.

In the second round Micah pinned the Illinois state champ in the second period.

Micah pinned the Utah state champ in the third round.

Sat. evening I will publish the remaining results from Virginia beach.

    Micah’s matches are done for today. He won his first two and then dropped his final match to just miss the finals. It was still a great day. He will wait out the early morning round to see who his opponent will be. If he wins he will be wrestling for 3rd and if he loses he will be wrestling for 5th. Either way he has made ALL-American in a very difficult bracket. 145 is the fullest bracket there.

    Bollinger dec. Kevin Levalley CO 6-5
    Bollinger dec Mike Kamprich NY 7-5
    Jamal Lawrence dec Bollinger 5-3
    (Lawrence is ranked #1 in the nation)

    Micah’s match with Levalley will be featured on www.flowrestling.com
    go to this website, find the senior division and 145 lb. weight class. They gave micah a paper and said it will be on there but as of 6:30 sat it wasn’t on. Keep checking. Coach Murray said it was a good match!

    A great weekend at Virginia Beach has ended with Micah taking 4th! He lost to Justin Accordino of Coughlin PA by fall, but gave it a good shot.

    Two of Micah’s matches are now being broadcast on www.flowrestling.com.
