Ask the Coach is a new miffwrestling.com feature, where we connect you with the Mifflinburg coaching staff. No question is off limits as long as it pertains to wrestling. As time permits, your question and answer will appear as an article entry at miffwrestling.om, and in the process, we all will become better informed.

Need some prompts? These questions should get you thinking:

  • Do you understand the weight management rules?
  • If a wrestler doesn’t shake the opposing coach’s hand after a tournament match, is that unsportsmanlike behavior?
  • Can you win in Hershey if you only wrestle 5 months a year?
  • What are the goals of Mifflinburg wrestling next year; two years; five years?
