Our elementary season began at practice on Monday evening.

Coach Murray motivated the kids and got them pumped up for

this season. Remember parents, the fundraiser order forms are

due at practice on Thursday the 15th. Please be sure to bring

those items with you to practice. In addition, Coach Murray has

asked that all wrestlers bring water bottles to practice with them.

Attention all wrestlers: There will be no open mats tonight. Instead Coach Murray is going and would like everyone on the wrestling team attend Bucknell’s Wrestle-offs tonight at 7:30. Please spread the word.

You must purchase both AA and AAA then I will sell the triple A tickets  at Central Mt. tournament. You must pay me up front and I will reimburse you when I sell the others. Any questions please feel free to call. Also I have rooms at the comfort inn in linglestown for Wed. Thurs. and Fri. nights they are 75:00 per night plus tax. Cont. breakfast, swimming pool and great atmosphere and location easy access and close to all the great restaurants and shopping in the harrisburg area. Only 10 minutes from the areana. Thank you

Wrestling sign-ups for 7th and 8th graders will be held on Wednesday,  October 17, from 12:20pm to 12:40pm at the middle school. The 9th grade sign-ups will be held on the same day during study hall.

Physicals will be held on October 29th and November 7th at the high school at 6:30pm.

Attention all wrestlers: if you want to be in the Billboard Picture for this year. Meet at Mr. Murray’s House on Sunday September 30th at 4:00pm. Bring the following; Running Shoes, old Miff practice t-shirt and shorts. There will also be a few extras for those that need them.
