Adult for 1 session is $4.00, or all three sessions together $11.00

On Monday nights Coach Murray participates in all practices from Varsity through beginners. He demonstrates and instructs on  a different technique each week.

Remember, while school is not in session for the Thanksgiving vacation, there will be no elementary practice. If you have any questions, please contact one of the coaches.

Field Hockey Team, great job you made your community very proud. You are a great model of excellence for others to follow.

Wrestlers: great job representing the program and supporting the field hockey team. Remember what you witnessed! Remember the feeling the field hockey team shared with their community on that day. Remember that feeling, that moment! That moment, that feeling is what you train for. As you go through life, all you have are the friends, the moments and the memories (THAT YOU MAKE!)

One of our elementary program coaches reminds the kids to ensure they take a shower every night directly after practice.

This is a reminder to parents to make sure your child takes a shower and wears clean clothing for practice. By taking these precautions, your child and other children will greatly decrease the risk of contracting ringworm or any other skin infections.

The December meeting of the wrestling club will be held Wednesday the 12th at 7:00 pm in the middle school cafateria. If you are interested in being part of or finding out what we are about you are welcome to attend. The club meetings are always open to anyone interested.

On behalf of the Mifflinburg wrestling club I would like to extend our congradulations to the Mifflinburg field hockey team for their victory over Crest Wood which advanced them to the state finals on Saturaday the 17th.

Our elementary season began at practice on Monday evening.

Coach Murray motivated the kids and got them pumped up for

this season. Remember parents, the fundraiser order forms are

due at practice on Thursday the 15th. Please be sure to bring

those items with you to practice. In addition, Coach Murray has

asked that all wrestlers bring water bottles to practice with them.
